What does Social Drive do and what drives you?

My name is Noah Marsman, I’m 27 years old, and I’ve been an entrepreneur for four years now. Together with my partner, Lotte Jacobs, I run Social Drive, an online marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic social media campaigns. Besides running the business, I’m passionate about sports—football and fitness are a core part of my weekly routine, as I work out six times a week. This discipline and drive are values I bring into our company as well.

Social Drive is an extension of who Lotte and I are: ambitious, dedicated, and always focused on growth. Our agency offers a wide range of services, including advertising on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Apple Search Ads. That's a tough choice, but I'll go with our collaboration with Making Connections. This dynamic company focuses on high-end hospitality and flexible staffing solutions at various A-list locations. To support their growth, we developed a powerful recruitment campaign.

Making Connections needed an efficient way to quickly find qualified applicants, ensuring they could always provide their clients with the right staff. This required an approach that was not only effective but also cost-efficient.

By combining targeted social media advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with clear, compelling messaging, we launched a lead campaign.
